Purpose

By coordinating the needs of the church's kitchen/bathroom supplies (disposable utensils / paper goods only) and making regular orders, the following can be achieved: 

• Ensure sufficient kitchen supplies for regular events and churchwide events

• Unify quality

• Reduce the manpower required for purchasing

• Reduce church expenses by ordering directly with supplier in bulk

Coordinators

• Inform Xiaoying when supplies are getting low; she will coordinate the needs and arranges for orders regularly.

• Lily to assist making orders with the supplier.

Other Suggestions to Consider

• Purchase water pitcher filters and establish a replacement schedule.

• Install paper towel dispensers in washrooms, which is more convenient and hygienic compared to the existing paper towel rolls.

• Replenish food items such as rice, seasonings, etc.
